Programmatically adding items to the Firefox toolbar

One of the changes we made for Pearl Crescent Page Saver 0.9.3 was to automatically add our “Save Page Image” toolbar item to the right side of the Firefox navigation toolbar. We thought that would be easy to do, but (like many programming tasks) getting everything to work correctly was trickier than expected.

Page Saver 0.9.3 Now Available

Page Saver 0.9.2 Released

Last Friday (January 6th), we released an update to Pearl Crescent Page Saver (version 0.9.2), our free extension for Mozilla Firefox that saves a web page as a PNG image.
The update includes fixes some issues with the save dialog and includes four contributed localizations:

Pearl Comments 1.1 Released

Happy New Year!
It’s been a while since our last blog entry. We’ve been busy revising two of our browser extensions. On January 5th, we released version 1.1 of Pearl Comments for Internet Explorer and Mozilla-based browsers including Firefox. This release has several fixes for all users and a new feature for Firefox users.
